The 2021 red Saint-Joseph Parady blends fruit and spice aromas in a seductive balsamic and oriental register. The smooth, almost ethereal structure is perfectly balanced and in line with this half-power vintage, which is already very pleasant to drink. A confidential cuvée from very steep granite terraces. Rated 93/100 by Olivier Poussier, Best Sommelier in the World and member of the Ventealapropriete Committee.

Deep ruby red with evolved highlights.

Nose:

Fruity aromas mixed with gentle spicy notes, underlined by well-integrated oak.

Palate:

Seductive and well-balanced, this cuvée is an immediate pleasure, releasing juice with a very smooth structure and controlled ageing.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Lamb chops with Provence herbs, free-range guinea fowl or roast duck with melting potatoes.
