Maceration longer than 4 weeks. Gentle extraction. Aged in concrete tulip-shaped vats, foudres and demi-muids for 18 months. No filtration before bottling.
Discreet and confidential, hard to find except for a few Michelin-starred restaurants, admired by critics and personally adored by Olivier Poussier, the best sommelier in the world, we couldn't pass up the opportunity to offer you this exceptional and rare allocation from Domaine la Barroche!
Julien and Laetitia Barrot cultivate old vines in the best areas of the appellation, near Rayas, producing providential wines available only on allocation, reserved for a select clientele.
The small volumes, the original aging in concrete vats, the initiatory nature of the address, its success, and aura make it a label much envied by connoisseurs and collectors who flock to its doors hoping to make the list.
