Derived from a historic parcel, the cradle of the appellation, the 2021 red Saint-Joseph Vignes de l'Hospice remains one of the finest cuvées of Saint-Joseph. In this tense vintage, it appears more accessible, with a velvety texture, juicy and abundant fruit, ranging from black cherry to smoky undertones. Its sheathed structure, imbued with fragrances, skillfully captures the essence of the granite soil. A great wine with significant aging potential.Vinification:
