Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinification and maturation without sulphur, carbonic maceration for the Syrah and the Carignan, blending of all the grape varieties and maturation in concrete tanks.

A model of its appellation, Mas Janeil produces unique wines that are wonderful expressions of the terroir of the Agly valley.
