The 2022 white Swartland Rotsbank Chenin is a brand-new cuvée that captivates with its pronounced minerality, hints of candied lemon, and distinctive character. Born from a rocky terroir with shallow soils, it exudes an instinctive saline dimension and delightful tension. Vinification:

Hand-harvested. Whole-bunch pressing, then transfer of juice to old foudres before fermentation. Aged for 12 months in foudres.
