A trailblazer in the revival of Valencia’s wines, Celler del Roure has earned a stellar reputation. Driven by the vision and energy of Pablo Calatayud, who has led the estate since 2000, it has transformed the region. By blending ancient native varieties with modern grapes, practicing organic farming, and aging wines in both barrels and buried amphorae, Celler del Roure has developed a distinctive approach centered on uncompromising quality.

Situated at 600 meters above sea level and influenced by the nearby sea, the vineyard produces standout cuvées. These wines, marked by their freshness and vibrancy, honor the deep traditions of this historic winemaking region.
