Wine:

The 2009 Red Rioja Reserva is exceptional in more ways than one. Born from a mature and concentrated vintage, it still propels an incredible youthful character and a nice freshness. Its toasty, leathery, black fruit notes bear the mark of a warm but not excessive year, perfectly balanced by a long, powerful and refined frame, with a beautiful finesse of tannins. Today or in a few years, you will appreciate it with a shoulder of lamb confit or a tender pork chop. Rated 93/100 by Parker.

Hand harvested. Aged 72 months in American oak barrels. Unfiltered wine.

Dark red with amber reflections.

Aromas of black fruits punctuated with toasted notes and accents of leather.
