Wine:
The 2021 red Fronton La Folle Noire d'Ambat is a great opportunity to get acquainted with Négrette (locally known as folle noire) and to venture off the beaten path. Partially aged in large oak casks, this red offers juicy, blood-like fruit with notes of graphite, black fruits, and particularly wild blackberry. The style is delicate and fresh, utterly delightful, paired with a light structure and smooth tannins, resulting in a digestible and enjoyable ensemble. Best enjoyed within the next three years.
