Wine:

Made from the Loureiro grape, the 2022 white Vinho Verde Loureiro Docil  is a delightful and sharp wine with zesty notes of green apple and white fruits. Its carbonation enhances its freshness while reducing the need for sulfites, and its moderate alcohol content encourages unrestrained enjoyment. This wine is an essential thirst-quencher, highly digestible, dry, and flavorful, striking a perfect balance between bold tastes and a lingering mineral finish. It's ideal for aperitifs and the start of a meal, paired with seafood, fish, or light fried dishes. Rated 90/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested in September. Whole bunches pressed, then cold settled for 48 hours. Low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged 100% in stainless steel vats for 5 months.

Bright pale yellow.

Nose:

Lovely aromas of white fruit and Granny Smith-type green apples, pleasantly fresh.

Palate:

Lively and sapid, we appreciate the sunny character of this cuvée, with its good vigor offering a digestible wine of immediate pleasure.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
