Wine:

The 2017 Red Méntrida cuvée Canto Calizo is a perfectly orchestrated interpretation of the grenache-syrah grape variety duo: a festival of aromas where the most beautiful flowers, fruits and spices intermingle, all cinched with a refined note of wood. Vinification:

Hand harvested, maceration for 20 to 30 days, aged for 6 months in barrels and stainless steel tanks.

Bright ruby with raspberry reflections.

Nose:

Complex and delicate with aromas of strawberry, kirsch cherry, fig mixed with touches of peony, sweet spices and undergrowth.

Palate:

Rich, delicate, and full of freshness. With a delicate and velvety texture, this wine delights us with its dense and concentrated palate and its pure and balanced profile.

Ripe and concentrated, the 2022 red Sicilia Nero d'Avola is a smooth and indulgent wine, characterized by a fresh and immediate appeal. Its spicy aromas, delicately smoky, do not overshadow the plentiful, juicy, and fleshy fruit, framed by still young and firm tannins, destined to mellow. A delightful discovery of this grape variety, best enjoyed within the next two years with dishes like pissaladière, lasagna, or tapas. Rated 90/100 by the Selection Committee.

Hand harvested. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures between 24 and 30°C.

A timeless classic, the 2022 white Mosel Riesling Haus Klosterberg is a crisp and refreshingly pure white wine, characterized by the intense smoky notes typical of the grape variety. It is best enjoyed in large glasses to properly aerate it or decanted beforehand. This Mosel Riesling fully embraces a 100% mineral profile, with a commendable aging potential of 6 years or more.
