Hand-harvested. Cru principal d'Aÿ, associated with other villages, Tauxières and Verzenay in particular. Base year: 2018, reserve wines aged in magnum, the oldest dating from 2009, exclusive use of the wine. Maturation in the cellar more than twice as long as the appellation rules, i.e. over 30 months maturation on lees in the cellar.Dosage: 6 gr/l (Brut).
