Entirely vinified in oak barrels, the Grand Cru Brut Rosé Champagne stands out with its bold and generous character. It is based primarily on the 2017 harvest, complemented by 30% from 2016 and 20% reserve wines, including a touch of Pinot Noir from Coteaux Champenois. This rosé captivates with aromas of Morello cherries, red fruits, pepper, and curry, offering a delicate and refined mouthfeel, lively bubbles, and a stunning finish. It's both a vinous and subtle rosé, perfect for pairing with dishes like duck with red fruits, spiced sweetbreads, or even seared lobster with shellfish oil. Simply exceptional!Vinification:
Hand harvested, vinified with indigenous yeasts and entirely in oak barrels, base 2017 completed by 30% 2016, 20% reserve wines 2015 including 5% pinot noir from Coteaux Champenois. Long aging on lees for 48 months before disgorgement. Unfiltered wine.Dosage: 2 gr/l.
