The Réserve Exclusive Brut Champagne is an airy, dynamic and fresh champagne, with a frank and expressive flavor of fruit, animated by a beautiful maturity thanks to a prolonged aging in cellar which gives it all its flavor and its consistency. Notes of red fruits, juicy pear and crunchy apricot blend in a nice fusion around a fine bubble, a rich, ripe and precise palate, of good consistency. Dynamic and playful, this champagne rings in the time of composite agreements, around tapas as an aperitif, a veal chop with cream or a poultry, embodying the "Champagne spirit".Vinification:
