Wine:

The Champagne Brut Carte Jaune is a wine of great depth, rich and intense, with Pinot Noir at its core. It features brioche and lightly toasted notes, thanks to the reserve wines and a small portion of wine aged in foudres. This emblematic Champagne cuvée boasts an undeniable vinous character, perfectly balanced by vibrant freshness. Vinification:

Hand harvested, traditional Champagne vinification. Made from Pinot Noir (50-55%), Chardonnay (28-33%°) and Pinot Meunier (15-20%). Blend of Reserve wines: 30 to 45%, made from grapes from 50 to 60 different crus. Aged on laths for a minimum of 3 years in the crayères.
Dosage: 10g/l.

Yellow gold with fine bubbles.

Nose:

Pure with fruity flavors such as peach, pear and mirabelle plum, with notes of vanilla and brioche.

Palate:

Powerful and fresh with bright fruity flavors, this Champagne has an ample structure and complex aromatics, revealing a generous, vinous juice with a long, expressive finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, seafood, blinis, sea bass tartar, cheese gougères, shavings of Parmegiano Reggiano or 18-month Comté cheese, sole meunière with beurre blanc.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2028.
