Vinification:

Hand harvested in mid-September, vinification by plot and maturing in ceramic and porcelain spheres.

Color:

Pale pink with salmon hues.

Nose:

Of great purity on beautiful aromas of red fruits.

Palate:

Pure and rich, this wine with a vinous profile and great generosity offers a palate full of consistency, with a saline and silky finish. Ideal to pair with meals during the summer.

Christian Ott, the craftsman behind Domaines Ott, has embarked on his own adventure at Domaine Alône, exploring the blessed terroirs of Provence. Inspired by the beauty of these landscapes and determined to preserve their authenticity, he is shaping a new expression of Provence wines.

Set at altitude, the vineyard enjoys a unique environment, with sandy soils cooled by the nearby forest. Here, everything is done with the utmost care: hand harvesting, whole-bunch, small-parcel vinifications for both reds and rosés, and ageing in ceramic spheres and oak barrels. Every detail is thoughtfully considered to capture the purity of this exceptional place.
