Wine:

This vibrant Belstar Prosecco showcases exceptionally fine, delicate bubbles, with bright aromas of juicy pear and subtle quince. The palate is lively yet softly creamy, underpinned by generous fruit flavours and a gentle sweetness. Irresistible for any aperitif!

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Residual sugar : 11,4 g/l.

Color:

Pale yellow with silver highlights.

Nose:

Apple and pear aromas mixed with hints of quince and lemon.

Palate:

Fresh, lively, and flavorful, with flavours of crisp fruit. The bubbles are fine, light, and persistent, delivering a wonderfully balanced profile with a long, elegant finish accented by subtle floral notes.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.
