Sourced from vines over 60 years old, it draws depth and character from its Puligny origins.This is a vibrant, mineral-driven wine with bright citrus and white fruit aromas. The palate is broad yet fresh, offering balance, precision, and a mouthwatering finish. An impressive entry point that sets a high standard from the start.
Vinification:
Hand harvested, vines located in the commune of Puligny-Montrachet, Lieu-dit La Combe, direct pressing without crushing, static settling for 48 hours, aged for 12 months in barrels, 20% of which are new, then 6 months in stainless steel vats, bottled according to the lunar calendar.Color:
