Generous fruit, black cherry with a hint of violet, supple, crisp tannins, temperament: enjoy it with cured meats or grilled meats. Hand harvested, whole grapes carbonic maceration in foudres, natural alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 9 days, aged 4 months in foudres on fine lees.Estate in conversion to organic farming.
