Driven by a well-rounded and exceptional vintage, the 2019 Red Bordeaux Supérieur opens with inviting notes of truffle, dark fruit aromas, and spices. The full, concentrated structure offers intensity with layers of macerated fruit flavors—perfect for pairing with a hearty grilled or slow-cooked red meat.Vinification:
Mechanical harvesting after several maturity controls, the berries are then sorted 3 times. Cold pre-fermentation maceration in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and natural malolactic fermentation. 50% of the wine is matured in French oak barrels for 8 months.Color:
