Wine:

Driven by vibrant freshness and perfectly ripe Chardonnay, the 2023 White Mâcon-Villages delivers elegant notes of white fruit with a delicate hint of chalk. The palate is generous and expressive, showcasing the full maturity of the vintage with intense fruit flavors. A subtle, well-judged aging process brings balance, leading to a long, mouthwatering finish.

A true food wine, it pairs beautifully with dishes like chicken oysters in a parsley-garlic sauce. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Light settling, natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation carried out. Aged on lees for 7 months.
