The 2018 Château Campillot Médoc is a smooth, refined Bordeaux, that showcases a lot of depth, intensity, and structured, deep tannins. Its palate is both powerful and balanced, delivering an elegance that shines across vintages. A wine well worth discovering.

Vinification:

Hand harvested from 29 September to 3 October. Fermentation in small steel and concrete vats. Pressing by vertical hydraulic press. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Intense, brilliant garnet red.

Nose:

With lovely aromatic complexity featuring notes of dark berries, gentle spices, and a touch of pepper.

Palate:

Elegant and expressive, it reveals lively freshness and deep, structured tannins in a balanced, refined profile.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Beef kebab and vegetable tian à la provençale, thyme-roasted rack of lamb, pork chop with its hearty jus.
