Made from a selection of grapes from the estate and the appellation, the 2023 Côtes de Provence Prestige Rosé captures the identity of Provence with elegance. Its fresh, pure nose, dominated by floral flavors, and its straight, invigorating structure, with a juice full of freshness, make for a delicious aperitif.

Vinification:

Grapes from a selection of Provence terroirs and certain plots on the estate. Selection of free-run and press juices, cold pressing and fermentation, no malolactic fermentation.

Color:

Very pale pastel rosé.

Fresh with dominant floral flavors.

This rosé has a straightforward, invigorating profile, with fresh juice and a fine mineral finish.
