Wine:

Ripe and full-bodied, the 2021 Red Côte Rôtie La Dédicace benefits from 24 months of barrel aging, which enhances its character beautifully. The nose, very pure, offers the quintessence of Syrah, intensely enveloped by luxurious aging, with notes of grilled bacon and smoke. The concentrated, dense, and tight structure displays great power, still marked by the barrel. A bottle ready for at least 10 years of aging.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, partially destemmed, aged for 20 months in oak barrels.

Color:

Intense red, almost black, with violet highlights.

Nose:

Very pure and concentrated, a quintessential Syrah intensely coated by luxurious ageing, underlined by aromas of grilled bacon.

Palate:

Powerful and concentrated with full-bodied fruity flavors, this wine unfurls a dense, tightly-woven juice.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Blanquette de veau, roast poularde, 7-hour leg of lamb.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2034, and even longer for enthusiasts.
