The 2021 red Moulin-à-Vent Tradition is a blend of several of the estate's plots, aged in foudres, with lovely notes of fresh red fruit (strawberry, morello cherry) and pepper. The dense, full-bodied palate, still driven by abundant and radiant flavors of fruit and crisp tannins, combines finesse and elegance with a tangy finish. Enjoyable in its youth, this wine can also be comfortably preserved.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, malolactic fermentation carried out after alcoholic fermentation.Aged in old oak tuns for 10 months.
