Displaying the vibrant brilliance of Pinot Noir, the 2023 Red Givry 1er Cru Vieilles Vignes is a fresh, pure wine of impressive finesse and intensity. On the nose, it opens with ripe raspberry and a subtle, restrained touch of oak. The palate is refined and well-textured, with fine-grained tannins and good structure. Hand harvested. 100% destemmed grapes, crushed and placed in vats, cold maceration for 3 to 4 days followed by alcoholic fermentation. Aged for 11 months in oak barrels, 1/3 new, 1/3 one wine and 1/3 two wines.Color:
