Wine:
Aged for nearly five years on lees, the 2018 Blanc de Blancs Extra-Brut White Champagne marks the estate’s first-ever vintage of this cuvée—and it’s a true success. It strikes a perfect balance between precision and depth, offering both texture and a soft, refined elegance. The fine, persistent bubbles, along with its fresh, floral, and pure nose, lead into a structured, vinous palate with marc-like flavors that add richness and complexity. This is a Champagne designed for the table, beautifully mature and ready to enjoy now. A Selection Committee discovery, rated 92/100.Vinification:
Hand harvested, vinified entirely in stainless steel, 100% malolactic fermentation, aged on laths for 5 years.Bottled in 2019 - Disgorged 09/2024.
