The 2021 White Santorini Nassitis captures the essence of the Mediterranean, dry and nuanced, with a striking mineral character and a subtle smoky note. This energetic and distinctive wine, born from volcanic soils, offers a finely structured, elongated profile with exceptional freshness, finishing with delicate bitterness. Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Each grape variety is vinified separately. Whole bunches are pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats. The grape varieties are blended and then matured in stainless steel vats.

Color:

Bright pale yellow.

Nose:

This trio of native grape varieties yields a dry white with nuanced mineral notes, complemented by a subtle smoky touch.

Palate:

Fresh and precise, this cuvée reveals a beautiful minerality, with a fine, taut structure and a lingering finish marked by elegant bitterness.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
