Wine:

The 2023 Corse Figari White, made from pure Vermentinu grown on granite soils and aged in large Stockinger barrels and demi-muids without new oak, is an elite cuvée! Dynamic, fresh, and beautifully tense, this elegant white opens with notes of citrus and lemon, showcasing the perfect balance of maturity and freshness that Vermentinu offers, with a subtle hint of vanilla from the aging process. Its fine texture, pure and complex structure, reveals a crystalline clarity with refined saline and almond flavors. A delightful white wine that pairs perfectly with grilled fish. Rated 93/100 by RVF and the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, aged 6-8 months in foudre on lees.
