This neo-vintner, who trained with Vincent Goumard (Mas Cal Demoura) and A.F Gros, and is a close associate of Olivier Jullien, is driven by a culture of high standards and meticulous attention to detail. Organic farming, gentle vinifications, and precise care are his mantras; in a short time, his cuvées have been quickly lauded by top critics, and connoisseurs who taste them relish their broad, delicate, and finely infused qualities…

A blend of Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah, the 2022 red Terrasses du Larzac Des Si et des Mi is a superb ambassador for its appellation, true to its terroir. The fruity nose also incorporates delicate floral notes, particularly peony, along with a smoky touch, led by restrained aging. The palate extends this profile into a refined, elegant, and harmonious ensemble, with a clearly digestible quality. Everything is perfectly orchestrated, balancing finesse and precision, with a persistent mineral backbone defining the wine. A favorite of the selection committee, rated 93/100.
