The 2019 Red Côtes du Roussillon Villages is another triumph. Sourced from the slopes of the Agly Valley and crafted without any oak influence, it delivers bold, mouthwatering flavours with notes of black fruits and cherry. This wine is full-bodied, structured, and generous, yet retains a vibrant freshness, perfectly capturing the essence of Roussillon’s terroirs in a beautifully balanced Mediterranean style. The 2019 White Côtes du Roussillon Occultum Lapidem, a blend of Grenache Gris and Vermentino, offers a beautifully crafted expression of the region's schist terroir.
