Vinification:

Hand harvested in 15kg crates. Pneumatic pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged on fine lees.

Bright light yellow.

Aromas of citrus, lime zest and a floral touch of white flowers.

Palate:

A finely honed freshness, precise and firm, with citrus notes highlighting its remarkable ripeness and a delicately saline finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
