A small, powerful explosion of flavors, the 2022 red Haut des Seigneaux Moulin-à-Vent is an ultra-intense, deep, full-bodied Gamay. Notes of cherry, peony, and a touch of pepper provide maximum aromatic density; the structure follows this exalted register; its concentration and structure are adorned with finesse, formulating a tasty wine of good power, which is totally digestible, with a bright freshness. This is an accomplished moulin-à-vent, made for long aging; an excellent bargain in a great vintage. Rated 97/100 by the Committee.Vinification:
