From a very poor terroir, the 2023 Red Morgon Bellevue Cailloux stands out with its smooth, generous character, consistently balanced by remarkable freshness. Its ripe aromas of warm cherry and almond unfold within a deeply structured wine of perfect maturity, with a slightly minty finish, masterfully shaped by old vines. This is a wine to age, best enjoyed from autumn and over the next five years. Splendid! Rated 96+/100 by the Selection Committee."

Vinification:

Hand harvested, traditional vinification, aged in cement and epoxy resin vats.

Beautifully concentrated, with notes of warm cherries and almond.
