Wine:

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, fermented in concrete vats, aged in 12-month French oak barrels, one-third of which are renewed each year.

High-intensity dark red.

Very ripe, with notes of macerated black fruit, graphite, a touch of cedar and coffee.

Palate:

Generous and harmonious, with hedonistic, full-bodied fruit. Dense and complete, this cuvée lingers suavely on airy mineral notes that give it that seductive, persistent freshness of taste.

Decant just before serving, between 16 and 18°C.
