Wine:

Vinified with 50% whole clusters, the 2021 Red Clos de Tart Grand Cru is a masterpiece—a wine still holding back but already displaying a stunning energy and subtlety, with nothing overstated. Perfectly harmonious, impeccably fresh, and luxuriously smooth, it reveals delicate notes of wild strawberry and a unique vibrancy that builds to an endlessly long finish. Simply magnificent. Rated 98/100 by RVF.

Vinification:

Hand-picked on 20 September from the estate's old vines (around 60 years old). Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, 65% of which are new. Bottled in summer 2023.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.

Food and wine pairing:

Prefer white meats, delicate dishes, veal with savory and wild mushrooms: mousserons and girolles, monastic cheeses.

From now until 2038 and beyond for enthusiasts.
