This is not a bottle to open just yet—this remarkable Pinot Noir, with its vibrant aromas and subtle hints of licorice, still carries a firm, structured, and slightly austere character. Crafted without the influence of new oak, it remains youthful, but its exceptional potential is undeniable.Vinification:
Harvested by hand, completely destemmed, vatted for 15 days, gently extracted. Aged in oak barrels for 11 months, with no new wood.Certified organic wine.
