Wine:

Perfectly ripe and fresh, the 2022 white Côte d’Or Burgundy embodies a chardonnay with beautiful, precise juice, where the oak is well integrated. Honest and youthful, it is already very enjoyable. It can be further aged, and fully enjoyed for another 5 years or more. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, vinified and aged on fine lees in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new, for 12 months.

Color:

Bright light yellow.

Nose:

White fruit fragrances punctuated by notes of honeysuckle.

Palate:

Straightforward and precise, this youthful cuvée delivers perfectly ripe, fresh juice with perfectly integrated oak.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Marinated pork spider, swordfish fillet marinated in lime, fresh goat's cheese.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2030, and even longer for enthusiasts.
