The 2021 Mazis-Chambertin Grand Cru Red is a wine of remarkable delicacy, offering a mineral-driven, airy structure of great complexity. Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Area of 0.96 ha, planted in 1956, 1958, 1974, 1981, 1986. 100% de-stemmed, vinification in open stainless steel vats. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.

Abundant black fruit aromas.

Palate:

Airy and refined, with a mineral-driven complexity, this cuvée offers a beautifully delicate texture. The oak is subtly integrated, enhancing the flavors of ripe fruit and adding depth to its elegant structure.
