Typical of Burgundy's brown marl soils, the 2021 Red Gevrey-Chambertin delivers a delicate, elegant wine that combines firmness with full body. A perfect symbiosis of pinot noir on these south and east-facing terroirs, offering ripe, precise fruit, between cherry and strawberry mixed with floral touches, particularly of rose. A bottle for aging.
