Wine:

Still youthful, the 2022 white Chablis will benefit from decanting or being served in a large glass to properly aerate it. The essence of Chablis is captured in the glass, with intense shell, floral, and mineral notes. It’s a delightful, crisp Chardonnay without oak aging, releasing the purity of its fruit, ending with very fine, persistent bitterness. This wine is well-suited for aging 5 to 10 years without any issues.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Aged on fine lees for 15 to 18 months.

Color:

Pale, bright yellow with green highlights.

Nose:

Very Chablisian, with floral and shell notes.

Palate:

With its great purity and crisp profile, this cuvée offers fresh juice with fine, persistent bitters.

Temperature:

Decant or serve in large glasses, between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, shellfish, grilled fish, Burgundy snails.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2030, and even longer for enthusiasts.
