Wine:

The 2022 white Bouzeron stands out for its pure flavor profile, offering a refreshing and crisp taste with a beautiful tension. Still very young, it already impresses with its slender and digestible profile. Thanks to its fine bitterness and vitality, it will continue to open up over ten years and beyond, especially in such a well-balanced vintage. Sourced from 17 parcels of old vines located on the appellation's best slopes, this rare wine is a must-try, rated 94/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, natural settling, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in wooden tuns (80% of production) and stainless steel or enamelled vats (20% of production).

Color:

Pale crystalline yellow, with silvery highlights.

Nose:

Lemon zest aromas punctuated by hints of lemongrass and great minerality.

Palate:

Digestible and well-balanced, this youthful cuvée with its slender profile releases an energetic juice with fine bitters.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, seafood, fish, goat's cheese crottins.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2034.
