Wine:

The 2022 white Meursault Les Tessons is made from 50 ares of 60-year-old clay-limestone vines, located next to the Rougeot vineyard. This is a beautifully fresh wine suitable for aging, showing tension and great mineral character, as well as perfectly balanced fruity aromas of great purity. Aged for a long time without racking, this precise, ripe juice offers a fabulous persistence. Such purity! Rated 94/100 by the committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, aged 16 to 18 months in barrels, 25% of which are new.

Color:

Bright, clear golden yellow.

Nose:

Pure and bright, with yellow and white fruit fragrances and a beautiful minerality.

Palate:

Pure and taut, with ripe fruit, this fresh wine develops a juice with a fine mineral base, precise and with incredible persistence.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Bresse poultry with cream sauce, Nantua crayfish bites, veal blanquette, Epoisses.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2030, and even longer for enthusiasts.
