Wine:

Aged on lees in barrels for over a year, the 2020 white Puligny-Montrachet presents a splendid chardonnay performance, embodying both elegance and minerality, with freshness and precision. Aromas of white fruits, citron, and acacia flower create a complex bouquet supported by a fleshy, straight structure of great comfort. It has an innate charm!

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressing with light settling.
Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation carried out in rooms. Aged on lees for 13 months.

Bright golden yellow.

White fruit and acacia flower aromas.

Palate:

Complex and full-bodied with fresh fruity flavors, this charming cuvée offers fresh, precise, elegant juice with a fine minerality.
