From a southern parcel in Beaune, originally planted with Pinot Noir until 2019, the 2022 White Beaune 1er Cru Les Grandes Épenotes is a relatively new release for the estate. This wine brings a refreshing energy, with 40% aged in new oak barrels, offering up citrus notes, vibrancy, and a finish that lingers. Simply impeccable!Vinification:
Hand-harvested, vinified in whole bunches.Aged in 456-liter barrels (40% new wood) for 9 months, then in vats for 3 months.
