Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations carried out in French oak barrels, 15% of which are new.
Aged for 14 months on fine lees, 1 month before bottling, all barrels are transferred to temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats for blending.

Bright, clear yellow.

Nose:

Rather fresh, marked by floral and mineral notes.

Palate:

Elegant and fruit-forward, this cuvée delivers a wine of great class, with a vibrant and radiant character enhanced by perfectly judged aging.
