Wine:

The 2021 White Puligny-Montrachet Les Vieilles Vignes reflects the freshness of the vintage while staying true to its terroir. It balances minerality and ripeness with precision, offering a vibrant, elegant structure and a subtle touch of oak that enhances its complexity. This is a wine with excellent aging potential and a standout choice for Burgundy lovers. A Selection Committee favorite.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations carried out in French oak barrels, 15% of which are new.
Aged for 14 months on fine lees, 1 month before bottling, all barrels are transferred to temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats for blending.
