Wine:

Blending carcaghjolu neru, minustellu, and sciaccarellu, the 2020 red IGP Île de Beauté Quartz unfolds in a delicate aromatic tone of black fruit coulis, blackberries, and wild blueberries. Precision is key here, with judicious aging and a palate feel that oscillates between velvet and silk, making a profound impression. Everything is ripe and flavorful without excess, featuring fine tannins and wood integration that perfectly matches the wine's body. This is a grand wine capable of exceeding a decade in age, rated 94/100 by RVF, showcasing the depth and elegance that Corsican wines can offer.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Aged 28 months in demi-muids. Production of 4,500 bottles.

Temperature:

Decant and serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.

Artisanal cured meats from Corsica, herb-crusted shoulder of lamb, goat chops with herbs and spices, baked or grilled beef, well-aged sheep's or goat's cheeses.
