The 2021 white Alsace Grand Cru Spiegel Riesling Élément Air is a breathtaking wine with remarkable length. Grown in the southern part of the region on Vosges sandstone soils, this crystalline Riesling showcases pure, focused notes of citrus and green apple, captured at an exquisite level of ripeness. It is vibrant, deep, and full of energy, with striking precision. The wine's long, lean profile is complemented by a hint of salinity on the finish and a beautiful, tense structure.
