Wine:

Upon opening, the 2022 white Alsace Gewurztraminer offers a very classic and noble interpretation of the grape variety with a very pure nose, featuring notes of rose petal and lychee. In the mouth, the perfect ripeness pairs with the innate energy and freshness of gewurztraminer, revealing its spicy aspect with finesse. The dry-yet-tender profile of this white wine, perfectly balanced, will complement moderately spiced Asian cuisine or a toast of grilled country bread with Munster cheese. What precision!
