Wine:

The 2022 White Moscato d'Asti Laura is a delightful indulgence. It's so fresh and light! The nose opens with notes of white flowers, lemon, melon, and apricot; scents that burst on the palate with lively energy. This is an exceptionally fine and tasty sparkling wine, perfect to enjoy with an apple tart or an exotic fruit salad. Low in alcohol, refined, and fragrant: an unconditional favorite of the Committee, year after year.

Vinification:

Hand-picked in early September. Matured in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 3 months.

Color:

Pale yellow with golden highlights, fine string of bubbles.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of white flowers, sage and a hint of citrus.

Palate:

Slightly sweet with a lovely mousse structure, this cuvée is an explosion of fruit underlined by a lovely freshness.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, oysters, fruit tart, raspberry bavarois, vanilla custard.
