Wine:

Moving and incredibly stylish, the 2019 red Cannonau di Sardegna has a beautiful nose with fresh and elegant aromas of fruit. It has an obvious kinship with the grenache grape variety, offering a delicately infused style that reminds us of the great wines from the Rhone Valley. A fresh, delicate and truly outstanding wine that you simply must add to your collection!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, aged for 1 year in 50hL barrels and then for a minimum of 4 months in bottles.

Organic wine, certified.

Color:

Bright red of good intensity.

Nose:

Aromas infused with red and black fruits.

Palate:

Fine and fresh this wine has a great sapidity, with silky tannins and a lot of class!

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Simmered red meat, platter of mature cheeses.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2028.
